Mobile App Terms of Use

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher).
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

• The App offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid features are identified in the App.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the current paid period.
• Prices and included features are shown at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Where you subscribe through an app store, that store's billing terms and refund policies apply.
• Your statutory consumer rights (e.g. UK/EU rights) are not affected.

The App provides tools and educational content to help you track and understand your health. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any symptom, medication or treatment decision.

The App uses AI to summarise, contextualise and highlight patterns in the information you enter. AI outputs are informational only, may contain errors or omissions, and must not be relied upon for clinical decision-making. You remain responsible for your health choices.

• Enter accurate information about yourself and update it as it changes.
• Do not upload data belonging to another person without lawful authority.
• Independently verify any information before acting on it, especially for allergen filters, medication interactions and meal plans.
• Comply with these App Terms, our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must not use the App to: harass, discriminate against or out another user; post medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations to other members; upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative or sexually explicit content; scrape or reverse-engineer the App; or circumvent security or access controls.

The App and its content, branding, software and design remain the property of AIAH.Health or its licensors. Your data and posts remain yours.

We apply the technical and organisational measures described in our Information Security Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system and credentials secure and for enabling device-level security features (screen lock, biometric authentication, OS updates).

We may release updates from time to time to improve the App, address security issues or comply with law. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may modify or discontinue features on notice.

You may close your account at any time from the App. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach of these App Terms, or where required by law. On termination the licence in section 2 ends and you must delete the App.

The limitations set out in our Website Terms and Conditions apply equally to the App and are incorporated here by reference.

These App Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
